Public Offer Agreement

Effective date: July 5, 2026

1. General Terms

This Public Offer Agreement governs access to and use of the ULeads website and SaaS platform available at uleads.io. By creating an account or using the service, the user accepts this agreement.

2. Service Description

ULeads provides tools for local business lead discovery, search result scoring, CRM workflow management, exports and related automation features.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all actions performed under their account.

4. Plans and Payment

Paid plans may include search limits, company limits, export limits, CRM features, AI generations, API access and team seats. Prices and plan contents are displayed on the website and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not abuse the service, bypass limits, resell access without permission, violate third-party API terms, send unlawful spam, process data unlawfully or use the service for illegal activity.

6. Third-Party Data and Services

ULeads may rely on third-party platforms, APIs and data sources. Availability, accuracy and retention of third-party data may be limited by provider terms, quotas and technical restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

ULeads owns or licenses the platform, interface, software and brand assets. Users retain rights to their own first-party CRM notes and account content, subject to this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ULeads is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, third-party service outages or user misuse of exported data.

9. Suspension and Termination

ULeads may suspend or terminate access if a user violates this agreement, exceeds limits, creates security risk, fails to pay or uses the service unlawfully.
