Lead generation for web design and marketing agencies

By ULeads team · Published

Agencies use ULeads to build prospect lists from Google Maps across many towns and niches. Every business is checked for a website, photos, reviews and rating and ranked 0–100; each weakness maps to a service you sell, and paid plans export the list to CSV or Excel for your own CRM or callers.

An agency selling to local businesses usually has more than one thing to sell — websites, Google Business Profile work, review generation, local SEO, reputation management — and needs a steady list of businesses that visibly need one of them.

ULeads reads exactly those signals from each Google Maps listing. A missing website, thin photos, few reviews and a low rating are each scored, so a list is not just “businesses in Leeds” but businesses ranked by how much there is to fix, with the reason shown next to each one.

Which service fits which weakness?

Which service fits which weakness?
Signal on the listingWhat it means for you
No websiteWebsite build — the clearest gap, and the one owners understand fastest.
Fewer than 5 photosGoogle Business Profile management or a photography package.
Fewer than 20 reviewsReview generation and local SEO: more reviews lift a listing in map results.
Rating below 4.0Reputation management — responding to reviews and fixing what drives the bad ones.
Phone listedNot a weakness, but it means your callers can reach the owner — it adds points for that reason.

How do agencies run outbound with ULeads?

  1. Pick the niches each service sells best to — reviews work for trades and clinics, websites for trades that still run on the phone.
  2. Run searches across the towns you cover. A search someone already ran in the last 30 days comes back from shared results instantly.
  3. Triage by Lead Score and filter to the weakness that matches the service you are selling this week.
  4. Save the strongest prospects to the pipeline with notes, or export the list to CSV or Excel for your CRM or dialer.
  5. Track who was contacted, who is interested and who became a client, so nobody calls the same business twice.

Which plan fits an agency?

Professional ($79 a month, 150 searches) suits an agency prospecting several cities or niches in parallel; Agency ($199, 500 searches) is for teams running outbound across many markets. Both include CSV and Excel export.

Each plan has one seat for now — team invitations are not available yet — so run searches from one account and share exports with the people making the calls. For more volume, custom limits or invoice billing, Enterprise starts at $499 a month.

Common questions

Can several people use one ULeads plan?

Each plan has one seat today; inviting team members is not available yet. Exports in CSV or Excel are the way to get leads to the rest of the team.

Is there an API or white label?

No. ULeads is a web app with CSV and Excel export. If you need something it does not do, write to [email protected] — Enterprise plans can agree custom limits and invoice billing.

Can we resell the lists?

No. The terms do not allow publishing or reselling the business data as a directory or database. Use it to find and contact your own prospects.

How fresh is the data?

Results come from Google Maps at the time of the search, or from a search of the same market run in the last 30 days. Listings change, so check the details of a business before relying on them.

ULeads searches a city and a trade on Google Maps, keeps going past the first page until it finds real prospects, and ranks every business by how weak its online presence is.
