What counts as a search?
- Each new search — a city with a category or keyword — is one search.
- “Load more” on a search and refreshing a search are one search each.
- Opening a search you already ran, filtering it, sorting it and saving businesses from it are free.
- A search that fails on our side is not counted.
- A search that comes back with no businesses at all, or your first search that finds no leads, is credited back automatically — up to two such credits a month.
How does payment work?
- Create a free account and choose a plan from inside your account.
- ULeads opens a NOWPayments invoice in US dollars. Pay it in USDT, BTC, ETH or another coin NOWPayments offers — exact amount, the network shown, before the invoice expires.
- The plan switches on when the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain — usually within minutes, longer when a network is busy.
- The plan lasts one month. We email a reminder a few days before it ends. Nothing renews by itself: to continue, pay for another month. Your leads and history stay either way.
Card payments are not available at the moment. Crypto payments are final, so try the Free plan on your own market first.
Which plan do I need?
A rough guide, using the typical 20 to 80 businesses a search returns and the roughly one in four that look worth approaching: Starter's 30 searches are enough to work one or two niches across a handful of towns each month. Professional suits a studio prospecting several cities or niches in parallel. Agency is for teams running outbound across many markets. Your own numbers depend heavily on the market — a saturated city centre returns far fewer prospects than a small town — which is what the free search is for.
Pricing questions
What counts as one search?
One city with a category or keyword. A search keeps pulling results until it has enough genuine prospects, so a saturated market returns fewer businesses than a thin one — typically 20 to 80. Revealing more results with Load more, or refreshing a search, counts as another search. Opening a search you already ran, filtering it and saving from it cost nothing.
What if a search finds nothing?
A search that fails on our side is never counted. A search that completes with no businesses at all, or your first search that finds no leads, is credited back automatically — up to two such credits a month.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The Free plan gives you one full search a month with no payment details, and you keep whatever you save to your pipeline.
How do I pay?
In cryptocurrency through NOWPayments — USDT, BTC, ETH and other coins it supports. Each payment buys one month of the plan. Nothing renews automatically: to keep the plan, pay for another month. Card payments are not available at the moment.
Can I get a refund?
Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so they are non-refundable. Start on the Free plan to see what a search returns in your market before paying. If you think you were charged in error, email [email protected].
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Paying for a different plan starts a month on that plan as soon as the payment confirms; days left on the previous plan are not carried over. You can also move back to Free in Settings at any time.
Do unused searches roll over?
No. Searches and exports are counted per monthly period, and unused ones do not carry over. Everything you saved stays.
Is there an export on the Free plan?
No. Exports to CSV or Excel are part of the paid plans. On Free you can still save businesses to your pipeline, add notes and track their status.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Every payment appears in Settings → Billing with a downloadable receipt. For invoice billing on larger volumes, ask about Enterprise.
